Our second Long Afternoon of 2023 is on 30th July, and includes a Q&A with the artist Jem Finer, who conceived and composed Longplayer.

The Long Afternoons are open, social events hosted by the Longplayer Trust. We invite you to join us at any point during the afternoon at the lighthouse and listen to Longplayer resonate through the space. We would like to reflect with you on the ideas inspired by Longplayer, and how we can connect with deep time from where we are now.
30th July 2023, 1pm to 5pm at Trinity Buoy Wharf, London
Q&A with Jem Finer at 3.30pm
We particularly welcome young people to Longplayer and are pleased to offer guided activities from 1pm til 3.30pm.
