Longplayer was commissioned by Artangel and is in the care of The Longplayer Trust
To listen to Longplayer, live-streamed from Trinity Buoy Wharf Lighthouse, London E14, it is necessary to download a pls file (1kb) which will open the stream in your media player. Once it’s downloaded, it should begin streaming Longplayer.

In Safari (since OS 10.8) it will play in the background from a new page in your browser. If you want it to play in iTunes then copy and paste this link – http://icecast.spc.org:8000/longplayer.m3u – into Open Stream (under the iTunes file menu). Or use an earlier OS. Firefox and Chrome should give you the choice as to how you want it to play.
